AccessSMT and CP Distributors believe that our people are our most valuable assets. Providing a safe and healthy working environment is one of our primary responsibilities and is fundamental to our success.

We will work in spirit and consultation with our workforce and partners, to identify and eliminate, or otherwise, control, risks to people and the environment in which we all operate. We are committed to ensure compliance with the more stringent of applicable legal requirements (all applicable laws, regulations, and legal rules).

As part of our commitment to prevent and reduce the risks of forced labour or child labour in our operations and supply chain, we have created a report published in 2025: 2025 Report under the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act."

We support the protection and maintenance of the Health and Safety (including physical, psychological, and social wellbeing) of Employees.

This company is committed to a strong safety program that protects its staff, its property, and the public from accidents.  We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for Employees. Our commitment includes providing proper tools and machines, purchasing necessary safety equipment, affording applicable insurance coverage, and defining important safety rules. However, safety on the job requires active participation by all Employees as well as Management.

Employees at every level, including Management, are responsible and accountable for the company’s overall safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety excellence the company expects. Management supports coordination of safety among all workers on the job site.

Management supports participation in the program by all Employees and provides proper equipment, training, and procedures. Employees are responsible for following all procedures, working safely, and wherever possible, improving safety measures.
